Project: Day school at Science City ETH Hönggerberg

Client: ETH Zürich

Carried out in 2005-2006

In collaboration with the Association of Swiss Day Schools, the project covers the following areas:

1. Clarification of general conditions and options.
2. Estimate of schooling area needed from the point of view of the school authorities. Carrying out structured interviews with those responsible in education and sport departments (department and district school trustees).
3. Investigation of parental needs. Development of investigative tool, execution and evaluation of survey.

Project: Setting up the new EAWAG/EMPA crèche

Client: EAWAG/EMPA

To be carried out in 2004-2005

The project comprises the following areas:

1. Advice and support in creating a concept for a new crèche.
2. Advice and support in setting up a new crèche.

Project: KITA – Identifying locations & prospects

Client: "Rämi-Chindsgi" and "Platten" crèches, Zurich

Carried out in 2003-2004

The project comprised three areas:

1. Examining the existing childcare concepts, particularly with regard to the existing model of compulsory parental involvement. Developing conceptual alternatives or variants in terms of parental involvement, the age range of the children and the opening hours.
2. The advantages and disadvantages of merging the "Platten" kindergarten and "Rämi-Chindsgi", developing options for a possible cooperation.
3. Reviewing the existing PR as well as possibilities for improving networking in the university area.

Projekt: Reorganisation of company crèche

Client: University hospital

Carried out in 2003−2004

The project comprised these areas:

1. Support of the personnel department in seeking and selecting new crèche management
2. Overseeing and optimising the course of events
3. Drafting an organisational handbook, including pedagogic philosophy, company philosophy, skills management, acceptance criteria, staff appointment scheme, budget and planning processes
4. Coaching the new manager in all relevant matters
