The Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees has 11 members
There are currently four people appointed by the ETH Zurich and four by the University of Zurich. The Chancellors of the two universities hold the posts of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
Other people, in particular renowned benefactors or representatives of other educational institutions, may be appointed to the Board of Trustees or to an advisory board for the Foundation which is to be founded in the future.
Management
Managing the Foundations business
The Board of Trustees has appointed a management to take on the administrative and specialist management of the Foundation. It took up its duties in March 2004.
The management is responsible for implementing the targets and projects defined by the Board of Trustees, as well as strategy which has been specified for this purpose.
