7 good reasons to support the kihz Foundation
kihz is a charitable foundation
We depend on outside funding to enable us to implement our objects and services.
The places in our crèches are funded via performance-related funding by the universities and by Zurich City Council. In addition, parents also pay a share of the childcare costs depending on how much they earn. This allows us to ensure that we offer a high-quality service, although funding is required to cover the cost of additional equipment and for special projects in the crèches.
All other services as well as the implementation of innovative projects are also based on regular, one-off donations.
When it comes to taking on larger projects and providing services for third parties, we bill according to cost or on a flat-rate basis. This means that we are partially self-financing.
